Shipping

All orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days according to stock availability. Our store inventory is updated daily and it is very unusual if the item is out of stock after you place the order. However, if this does occur, you may cancel your order or keep it on backorder. We do not charge your credit card until your item is shipped.

Order Tracking

When your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with an expected delivery date. Please allow up to one full day for tracking information to appear.

Return Policy For Retail Customer Only

All returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of the order. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA #. Please email us at return@exceedrc.com to obtain an RMA #. Returns without an RMA # will not be accepted. All returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. All returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the sole responsiblity of the customer. All returned shipment must be properly insured and please send us the tracking number for your returned shipment.
